IMPORTANT:  All showings start at our office, not at the property.  OFFICE DIRECTIONS

To schedule a property showing:  We need to to give 24 hours notice to our Tenants to show a property, so it is best to schedule at least a day and a half or two days before the desired appointment time to allow us time to give notice.  To schedule an appointment we need to have at least half the tenants available.  For example, to set up a showing for an 8 bedroom house we need at least 4 tenants to attend.   

Please pick an available time that works for your group.  To schedule the appointment please e-mail with the following information:  

Property address, desired appointment time, names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of all the tenants able to make the appointment.  We will confirm the appointment by e-mail for you and your group.
