Below is a listing of all the scheduled property showings.  Anyone is welcome to attend any property showing.   Please check this site the day of the showing.  Property showings are canceled if the property is placed on hold the day prior to the scheduled showing time.  If at all possible we will try to schedule a similar sized property for the same time slot.

To attend a showing listed below:   Please arrive at our office at least 10 minutes before the scheduled property showing time.  Groups register in the order they arrive at the office and are shown and offered the property in the same order.  Please plan on about 10 minutes of travel time from the JMU Quad to our office.  Press HERE for directions to our office.

To schedule a property showing:  We need to to give 24 hours notice to our Tenants to show a property, so it is best to schedule at least a day and a half or two days before the desired appointment time to allow us time to give notice.  To schedule the appointment please e-mail with the following information:  

Property address, desired appointment time, names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of all the tenants in your group.  We will confirm the appointment by e-mail for you and your group.  As a courtesy to our current Tenants, please try to schedule a time when the majority of your group can attend.
