Our 1 bedrooms are very economical way for an individual tenant or a couple to have all the features a full apartment with the privacy of living alone. These units have been priced close to the per person rent at most 4 bedroom student apartment complexes. Each unit has a bedroom, living-dining-kitchen area and full bathroom with a tub/shower. Full size kitchen appliances include a stove with oven, built-in microwave, dish washer and disposal. Includes a washer and dryer. Central heat and central air conditioning with individual room controls allow both economy and full control of your environment. This is a quiet complex with around 12 tenants in one building and 8 in the other. This complex is well suited for the serious student, tired of noisy apartment complexes with 48 students per building. It is also a choice location for graduate students or recent graduates wanting a quiet complex just a few blocks from downtown or Memorial Hall. Although affiliation with JMU is not required for occupancy, most of our tenants are current students, recent graduates or JMU faculty. This property would not be a good choice for a student that wants an active nightlife at their apartment complex.
