This fee provides high speed internet service in each bedroom of the property. Service is provided by Comcast. Castle Property provides a cable modem, wired high speed router and all cables and wiring needed to provide access in each bedroom. Tenants provide a standard 8-pin internet cable to connect between the wall and their computer. This fee also includes cable television in each bedroom and at least one television outlet in the common area. Currently there are 68 channels offered by Adelphia. Castle Property provides all the internal wiring and jacks inside the property. Tenant provides the cable to connect between the wall and their television.
