We will attempt to repair or reattach the existing ceiling fan.  In the event we can not fix the existing fan, we can at no charge replace the broken fan with a light fixture.  We can also replace the broken fan with a new fan however, you will be responsible for half the cost of the fan and installation.  Please press the back button and review the cost to replace a fan if you didn't read that portion of the ceiling fan information page.  

If we can not reuse or repair the existing fan, you are authorizing that we replace it with:
