If you have already seen the inside of an AVAILABLE property and your group would like to rent it, there are two ways to hold the property for your group.
1:	Complete a Property Hold Agreement and pay the $45 per person hold fee. Your group will then be given 3 days to turn in your paperwork and the first $100 of each Tenant's security deposit. All application fees will be waived if you complete your rental package in 3 days.
2:	Stop by the office with your rental package. The package includes $45 application fee per person, a Tenant Application, a Co-signer Application and the first $100 of each Tenant's security deposit. The package also includes a completed House Manager Worksheet.
If you haven't seen the inside of an AVAILABLE property that interests your group, please come to a property showing .
	If there is a showing time listed for the property please join the showing by coming to our office a few minutes before the showing time.
	If there is no showing or the showings are not convenient for your group, set your own appointment. Open times for property showings are listed on the page called "Showing Times".
