If your Internet is not working, please use the following flow
chart to help solve the problem.
(You may want to print this out so that it is available when you are unable to
access the internet at home.)
1: Check your television. If you don't have working Cable TV your Internet will also not work. Go to step 5.
2: Unplug the power cord for the Modem and the Router and wait 2 minutes. Plug them in again and see if this solved the problem.
3: Restart your computer and check for internet service.

You must tell them that you have a "bulk account" with Castle Property in Harrisonburg, VA and are experiencing an outage of your (Cable or Internet or Both). They will assign a technician to come to the property and repair the problem.
You will probably get their voice mail for each person on the list. Seldom are we able to speak directly to anyone at Adelphia/Comcast. We typically need to make multiple calls before receiving a return call so don't take it personally.
Start at the top and work you way down the list. Please leave them a detailed message and include your property address and phone number and your Adelphia/Comcast account number.
