If Comcast says there is a problem with the Account number:
Try adding 1 to the two digit number on the right.   Each time Comcast changes the account they add 1.  You may need to add 1 several times before the account number and Comcast new number match.  Please inform us of the change.

If Comcast says there is a problem with the MAC-ID:
Check the back of the modem.  We are not informed if Comcast substitutes your modem with a new one.  If we don't have the correct number please inform us of the change.

If Comcast says there is a problem with the Modem Brand or Model:
